This session will feature Alessandro Vergonnier, a Gobelins graduate and the lead animator of the feature film Arco, winner of the Crystal for Best Feature at the Annecy Festival. During the masterclass, Vergonnier will share his creative process, showing how he has taken 2D animation to the next level in Arco and explaining how he connects narrative, emotion, and aesthetics in every frame. Attendees will get a firsthand look at his professional techniques, as well as the creative decisions that shaped this magical French adventure about friendship, empathy, and the ability to build bridges between different worlds.
