Soundscapes – The imagined soundtrack
(in collaboration with L'Alternativa Film Festival)

The workshop, led by Deisy Quevedo Díaz, is designed for children aged 6 to 12 and lasts 2 hours with a small group (4 to 12 participants). Its main goal is for participants to understand and experience how sounds create atmosphere and emotion in film, exploring the magic of sound design and the art of foley.
The workshop is based on the idea that sound is an essential element in cinema, capable of transforming silent images into vivid and exciting experiences. Through playful activities, children become little sound designers, learning to give voice and life to silent film clips through creativity and teamwork.
