Mariela Rubio

Mariela Rubio Díaz (Petrer, Alicante) is a storyboard artist specializing in animation and visual storytelling. She studied Animation at the EASD in Alcoy (2020-2022) and completed master's degrees in 2D Animation (2022-2023) and Storyboarding at ECIB (2024). She directed the short film "Plumero," which was selected for Animac 2025. She currently develops personal projects and works as a storyboard artist in Barcelona.
