Marta Pellico del Castillo

Marta Pellico del Castillo is Vice President of iCmedia, a civil society organization that represents the rights of audiences, particularly minors. Since 2014, she has led multistakeholder working groups focused on improving regulation, age ratings, and the implementation of the General Audiovisual Communication Law, and has contributed to the development of the new co-regulation code, signed in June 2026. She is a member of Telemadrid’s Advisory Council, the Free-to-Air TV Group, and the European Commission’s Media Literacy Expert Group, where she leads media literacy projects for educators and young people. She holds a degree in Law from UCM and a Master’s degree from the University of Navarra.
