Mary Poppins

Summary

The life of an English family consisting of a banker father, a suffragette mother and two rebellious children, who try to get their parents' attention by making life impossible for all their nannies, is disrupted by the arrival of Mary Poppins, an extravagant governess who descends from the clouds using her umbrella as a parachute. With the help of Bert, a multi-talented street worker, the children discover a world of games, songs and adventures that restores balance to the home.

Considered a Disney classic, Mary Poppins marked a milestone in the history of musical cinema by combining live action with animation and, six decades later, remains an iconic work for family audiences.
