Tony has a unique characteristic from birth: he glows! But he spends his days hiding at home in his blanket bunker and dreaming of having someone to play with. Just before Christmas, a funny little girl called Shelly moves into his building and turns his world upside down. Together, they embark on a magical adventure to discover the strange mystery of the building they live in.
