Plasticine and… action!
Plasticine es is a soft, beautifully coloured dough, easy to mould and ideal for stretching, shrinking, breaking and reconstructing. Perfect, then, for creating stop-motion animation. Animation is art, film, storytelling, teamwork and lots of action!

Over the course of this three-hour workshop, the participants will learn the basic principles of animation: stretching and squashing, anticipation, blinking, vocalisation... and they will construct their own character using plasticine.

We will work particularly on facial expressions, using big eyes, eyebrows and expressive mouths, because the characters we create are going to talk! Together, all the children who take part in this workshop will create an animation that they can take home as a souvenir of their experience at My First Film Festival.
